Cervantes is a quiet Rock Lobster Fishing Town 200km north of Perth. Famous for the Pinnacles Desert in Nambung National Park.
The house is one of Cervantes original houses, built in the late 1960 when access from Perth was by dirt road and there was no mains water. Of course the house has been extensively renovated since and boast all mod cons. Situated in the centre of town it is very close to shops, Tavern and Club. The beach is a comfortable 5 minute stroll.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, cosy lounge and large kitchen and dining area. Room to comfortable sleep 6-8 people. Choice of several outdoor sitting areas, gas BBQ, ample parking for cars and boats, fully fenced with access from Iberia and Cadiz Street.
